You should be doing something but you aren’t – relax:massage

In a recent study, people who thought of the reasons why they should do something(ie exercise,relax(massage)) spent a third less time at the gym than those who came up with ways to make going to gym easier.
The solution?Instead of thinking why you should do something, think how.What’s the firs step you need to take?What can you do that makes the task more appealing??The answer is really easy relax your self – take a massage:)
