You will find many massage, bodywork and self help techniques with mobile massage London.

Massage and bodywork can do much to help prevent distressing problems with the joints from occurring in the first place. Exercise and a healthy diet make a great contribution to maintaining flexible joints.

When a condition already exists, these massages will help you to avoid or ease the pain that arises when areas around them become inflamed and swollen, and the joints themselves are stiff and restricted.

Massage is a wonderfull way to maintain and improve the circulation system. It increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients, which in their turn circulate to strengthen and regenerate the whole body.

The alternation between pressure(squeezing) and relaxation(releasing) that massage exerts on muscles, creates a pumping effect that encourages lymph drainage and the elimination of toxins and strengthens the heart for maintaining good circulation.

Without a doubt, tense muscles and nerves, congested organs, and restricted joints all add up to poor circulation. The massage London concentrate on the legs and arms, places where circulation can easily slow down.

It is long been know that high levels of serotonin are linked to a lower risk of depression and mood disorders. Research also shows serotonin controls appetite: the more you have, the less you eat. Now new research by psychologists at the University of Cambridge has found that people with high levels of the brain chemical are better at regulating emotion. So for anyone prone to low mood, over-eating and emotional outbursts, it is worth making a few changes to help boost levels of serotonin.First, it is wise to take deep tissue massage and regular aerobic exercise raises serotonin levels for several days afterwards. And increasing evidence proves that laughter and sunlight have a significant effect on serotonin levels too

Stress in itself, is not dangerous. It is how we react to it to that is important. The key to combating stress is recognising what pushes your buttons, what causes you stress. We are all diffrent.

The following strategies will help you to control or manage stress and avoid the, sometimes, debilitating symptoms that come with it.

1. Delegate : Take stock of your life and decide what is important and what you can let go. Write a list of everything that causes you stress and consider whether there is anything you can drop or delegate.

2. Take criticism : There is positive criticism and painful criticsm, identify which it is then deal with it accordingly. Try not to take criticism of your work too personally. Evaluate what has been said and, whether you discard it or take it on board, see it as a postive action. If someone complains you work too slowly, disagrees with a decision you have made or corrects something you have done, it dosen’t make you a lesser person.

3. Get physical : Strenuous exercise, such as a tough aeroboc workout can snap you out of a state of high stress arousal, allowing your stress hormones to settle down to their normal levels.

4. Talk it out : A problem shared really is a problem halved. By sharing what is on your mind with others it relieves the burden you are carrying, plus others can offer their encouragement and support to help you find solutions

5. Define your goals : Your job description may provide a set of goals for you to work to in the form of deadlines and targets. These are very important, as long as they are realistic, as a form of motivation and for your own personal development. If your work does not provide them, discuss it with your manager or draw up your own goals and monitor your progress .

6. Clarify areas of disagreement : It is important not to let conflicts simmer away. Take control and try to identify areas of disagreement.

7. Work and act methodically : A common symptom of stress is a lack of focus and concentration. Getting into the habit of writing a list and prioritising what needs to be done, can help to bring a sense or order to the disorder. Always try to finish one task before moving on to the next and work your way through the list systematically.

8. Good time management : Many people become stressed because they seem to have too much to do and too little time. Making sure you arrive at work in plenty of time, so that you have time to compose yourself for the day ahead and prepare for important tasks will help you to feel in control

9. Call time out :  Take regular breaks throughout the day, however busy you are. Every hour give yourself five minutes to sip a glass of water very slowly or take the time to do some gentle stretches or meditate, you will be far more productive afterwards. On a lunch break go and sit somewhere quiet where no one can disturb you, and let the quietness calm you.

10. Stress – proof your diet : Tucking into junk food on the hoof may seem comforting but a poor diet, particulary during times of stress, can lead to blood sugar imbalances that make stressful situations seem even more overwhelming.

Many stresses that are experienced may relate to work or lifestyle.

When a person spends hours sitting at desk, driving or in meetings, tension can accumulate in the areas of the body.

Using a simple relaxation routine while at work can help to release tension, reduce stress and renew the body’s energy to carry working effectively.

Taking frequent mobile massage is one way of reducing stress, as it helps to improve you health, relaxes tense muscles, relaxes the mind and helps induce sleep. Mobile massage can help to accelerate the flow of blood through the brain, helping the brain to function more clearly, and will remove products that have built up as a result of intensive mental energy. Mobile massage London also releases chemicals called endorphins into the blood stream that give a feeling of wellbeing.

Massage is a safe and reliable method for pain relief. However, it would be wrong to perceive this therapy as an all - purpose cure, since it is not universally applicable. For example, do not massage pregnat women or anyone who is either very infirm or extremely nervous. Avoid massaging a woman’s lower back and hips during menstruation and do not apply massage immediately after someone has been treated with acupuncture or a hot compress.

Massage is the most basic healing tool, and human beings have long recognized its curative power. We know  massage has a long and well respected history because the art and literature of many ancient cultures, from China and India to Greece and Egypt, depict massage as an integral part of their healing method until the latter part of twentieth century. Today massage is enjoying a renaissance and its popularity is growing as the styles of massage therapy become more varied and sophisticated. Many people now consider regular professional massage essential to their physical  as well as their mental and emotional well being.

Why use massage London?? The tactile action of massage has a great many useful effects. Massage will:

* Enhance one’s awareness of body and breathing and so improve posture

* Relieve accumulated tension and restore flexibility to tight, sore muscles.

* Break down waste products held in the muscles and improve the cleansing role of the lymphatic system
